Definitions and Interpretation
The meanings of the following terms used in this document are clearly stated below:
- "Platform" refers to bs44's website, application, and all related services.
- "User" refers to any person registered on the bs44 platform.
- "Account" refers to a user's personal registered profile on bs44.
- "Bonus" refers to promotional funds or benefits provided by bs44.
- "Wagering Requirement" refers to the condition of placing a specified amount in bets before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
- "Transaction" refers to any financial activity completed on the platform.
These terms and conditions are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh. In the event of any dispute, bs44's interpretation shall be considered final.
Account Registration and Eligibility
To open an account on the bs44 platform, the following conditions must be met:
- You must be at least 21 years of age. bs44 is only for those aged 21 and above.
- You must be a legal resident of Bangladesh.
- Each user may open only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
- All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete.
- Withdrawals may be restricted until your identity verification (KYC) is completed.
- bs44 may request additional documents at any time to confirm your identity.
bs44 reserves the right to cancel any account created with false information and forfeit all associated balances.
Account Security
The security of your account is entirely your responsibility. Following the rules below is mandatory for your security:
- Do not share your login credentials (username and password) with anyone.
- Use a strong and unique password and change it regularly.
- Avoid logging in from public or shared devices.
- If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, contact support immediately.
bs44 will not be held liable if account details are exposed to a third party due to negligence on your part.
Deposits and Withdrawals
The terms and conditions related to financial transactions on the bs44 platform are detailed below:
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (per method).
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
- Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank).
- Successful withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
- Identity verification must be completed before submitting a withdrawal request.
- To withdraw winnings earned from bonus funds, the wagering requirement must be fulfilled.
- bs44 reserves the right to temporarily hold withdrawals for additional verification in the case of suspicious transactions.
Deposits and withdrawals must be made in the same person's name and through the same method. Using a third party's account is strictly prohibited.
Bonuses and Promotional Offers
The following conditions must be met to receive bonus benefits from bs44:
- Welcome Bonus: 150% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000.
- Example: If you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500.
- Wagering Requirement: You must wager 10 times the bonus amount. Example: For a ৳1,500 bonus, winnings become withdrawable after placing ৳15,000 in bets.
- Wagering is calculated only on the bonus amount — not by adding the deposit amount.
- Submitting a withdrawal request while a bonus is active may result in the bonus being cancelled.
- Each promotional offer may have its own terms, which are stated separately alongside the offer.
- bs44 reserves the right to modify or cancel bonus offers at any time without prior notice.
- If bonus abuse or manipulation is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
Betting and Gaming Rules
Rules related to betting and gaming on the bs44 platform:
- Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, except only in the case of a technical error.
- bs44 reserves the right to void any transaction resulting from a software glitch or technical issue.
- Odds displayed in sports betting are subject to change and may change until the bet is confirmed.
- In the case of a disconnection during a live game, the outcome will be determined according to the server-side record.
- The game provider's own rules also apply (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, PG Soft, JILI, etc.).
- bs44 reserves the right to make the final decision in the event of any dispute regarding a bet or game result.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bs44 platform. Violating these rules may result in account closure and forfeiture of all balances:
- Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
- Registering using a false identity or fabricated information.
- Bonus abuse — such as placing coordinated or strategic bets with other accounts for the purpose of meeting wagering requirements.
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to operate games or betting.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal purpose.
- Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the platform's systems.
- Engaging in fraudulent behaviour towards other users.
If evidence of any of the above violations is found, bs44 may close the account and notify the relevant authorities without prior notice.
Limitation of Liability
bs44 will not bear any financial or legal liability in the following situations:
- Any loss caused by internet disconnection or device issues.
- Delays or errors arising from third-party services (payment gateways, game providers).
- Loss resulting from the negligent disclosure of account credentials.
- Service disruptions arising from unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, cyberattacks, government restrictions).
- Financial losses resulting from bets placed at the user's own discretion.
bs44 makes every effort to operate a safe and reliable platform. However, we are not responsible for losses caused by factors outside the platform.
Privacy and Data Protection
bs44 gives the highest priority to protecting users' personal information:
- All transactions and personal information are secured through SSL encryption.
- Users' information is not sold or shared with any third party, except where legally required.
- Documents collected for identity verification are stored securely.

Account Closure and Suspension
bs44 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following situations:
- If any clause of these terms and conditions is violated.
- If identity verification is not completed or false information is provided.
- If the account remains inactive for an extended period (after the defined time limit).
- If the user requests account closure themselves.
- If a self-exclusion request is made under the responsible gaming policy.
If any valid balance remains at the time of account closure, it will be returned through the designated process; however, if the closure is due to prohibited activities, the balance will be forfeited.
